The Resort is a luxurious, secure family apartment complex, set in 4 acres of landscaped gardens fully planted with trees and flowers, and the area is crisscrossed with paved walkways surrounding the beautiful swimming pools. Vehicles are not allowed within the complex grounds ensuring safety at all times during your holiday.
It is ideally located within walking distance of the Marina with its beaches, cafes and restaurants, and also from the village itself with more cafes, restaurants and shops.
The access to the resort is through the main gate with security staff 24 hours a day during peak season, and you can park your vehicle in the outdoor parking area or in your reserved garage located underground. Inside the resort there are 3 main swimming pools evenly distributed on different levels, a children swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi pool.
At the back of the resort there are large green areas with children playground, marquees for shade with relaxing deck chairs and beds, tennis courts and 5 a side football pitch, and also a bar opening during peak season only, plenty of space for all families.
This large first floor apartment is very well positioned with views over the swimming pool through the large terrace in front, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing under the canopy, in fact it is a natural extension of the living room. It develops on a surface of 120 square meters, with generous open plan living room and kitchen, a master bedroom ensuite, 2 single bedrooms and a further bathroom.
Access is completely private via an external staircase leading to both front door and terrace. The finishes are excellent, with exposed wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors, air conditioning/heating in every rooms (fan coils), large windows allowing plenty of natural light pouring into the interior.
The property comes with private garage box in the underground parking of the resort, and a storage room in the basement.
